Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WayToRelax.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

Eligibility for Returns:

● Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
● Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:
○ Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
○ In their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
○ Not damaged or altered in any way.
○ Clear video clip and photos shot during the entire process of opening the baggage and the product there in clearly showing damages if any with the product, is to be shared with us prior to initiating the return.
○ A video clip showing the entire process of repacking of the product to be returned and photos of the final packed baggage is to be shared with us.
● Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other specific circumstances. These include:

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

● Contact Us: Email our customer support team at (Innovativeservices2001@gmail.com) or call us at [8799611038] within the eligible return timeframe. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
● Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
● Packaging: Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely protected to prevent damage during transit. Include all original accessories, manuals, and any other included materials. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping:

Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
● Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
● Return Address: Please ship the return to the address provided in the return authorization instructions.
● The both way shipment cost may be borne by “AMAZE”, provided the product received by the buyer is either different from the order or received in damaged condition.
● Cost and arrangement for return of the product will solely lie over the buyer, if the product received is either not liked or unsuitable to the buyer.

Inspection and Processing:

● Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
● If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 (Seven) business days.

Refunds:

● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
● Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.
● The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

Exchanges:

● If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please indicate this when you initiate the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
● If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
● Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanged items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

● If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 Hrs. of receiving the order) with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
● We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs. However, the arrangement for return shipment of the product will solely lie on part of the buyer. Replacement or full refund of the value of the product may be considered including the reasonable return shipping cost incurred by the buyer for return of the product.

Cancellation Policy:

● You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
● Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be processed as a return according to the terms outlined above. Refunds will be allowed retaining costs of the both way shipment charges incurred by us.

● WayToRelax.com reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
